Position: HR Business Partner - Flexible Role at SBC

This position involves providing key HR support, including talent development, employee relations, and performance management. You will act as a strategic partner, advising management while implementing HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Work closely with the People & Culture team to foster a vibrant workplace culture and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with leadership and staff at all levels

• Offer guidance on employee engagement and talent strategies

• Analyze and review job descriptions and roles

• Assist in effective talent acquisition processes

• Support the development of HR programs and workplace culture

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant HR experience

• CPHR designation is an asset

• Familiarity with HRIS and MS Office 365

• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
