As a Total Rewards Specialist, your role will leverage 4-6 years of HR experience in evaluating and designing total rewards programs. You will partner with HR leaders and stakeholders to create competitive compensation packages that align with organizational goals. Your contribution will support the City’s commitment to equity and inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies for total rewards policy and implementation
• Conduct pay equity and market competitiveness reviews
• Lead the organization’s job evaluation efforts
• Implement benefits and recognition initiatives
• Manage compensation data and reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field
• 4-6 years’ experience in HR or related fields
• Expertise in HRIS systems, preferably SAP/Success Factors
• Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Familiarity with unionized workforce dynamics
