As the first HR support in Saskatchewan, you’ll drive recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. You'll establish HR foundations and partner closely with leadership to ensure compliance and strategic alignment. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment for Technica's founding workforce

• Design talent attraction strategies with local institutions

• Implement HR policies, processes, and systems

• Set up regional HR data and reporting mechanisms

• Serve as an HR advisor to the Area Manager

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of HR experience preferred

• CPHR designation or pursuing it

• Degree in Human Resources or related field

• Mining or heavy industry experience preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
