Lead full-cycle recruitment as a Talent Acquisition Partner with Insight Global in Saskatoon. Support a global mining organization by focusing on strategic IT recruitment and community-based sourcing.
This contract role demands a strong background in recruitment, especially for IT functions. You will drive inclusive recruitment efforts, enhance relationships with stakeholders, and mentor hiring leaders throughout the selection process. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and manage technically specialized requisitions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver top talent aligned with Retail business priorities
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment including screening and interviewing
• Develop Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies for recruitment
• Coach hiring leaders on effective selection practices
• Ensure on-time and quality candidate reviews with stakeholders
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of recruitment experience in HR
• Familiarity with HR systems, SAP Success Factors preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills
• Ability to independently manage high-volume requisitions
• Proven success in navigating ATS/HRIS systems
