How you’ll make an impact
As Director, Product (Data Technologies), you’ll be accountable for the product direction, delivery, and performance of FCC’s data technologies. As a collaborative team-player who builds on the ideas of others, you’ll lead the teams responsible for data engineering, platform administration, and technology management, owning business critical platforms end-to-end.
Your focus will be to ensure these platforms are secure, stable, reliable, performant, compliant, and easy to use, while continuously evolving them to support strategic objectives.

Using your expertise in data platforms, cloud technologies and analytics enablement, you’ll support continuous improvement, champion change and lead with the confidence required to create impact at scale.

Act as a champion for engineers, fostering a healthy culture of continual improvement, and helping team members grow.
Remain calm under pressure to solve complex incidents and adapt to rapidly changing technology landscapes.
