Role
We are seeking a  Senior Product Manager  to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of SGA’s AI-powered agricultural products. In this role, you will work closely with  leadership, AI engineers, developers, business teams, and clients  to ensure our products deliver measurable impact for farmers, insurers, and the global agriculture sector. You will play a pivotal role in  shaping product vision, design, and user experience , while prioritizing features and driving execution in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Define product vision and strategy  aligned with SGA’s mission to transform agriculture with AI.
Own the full product lifecycle —from product design and UI/UX to feature prioritization, trade-off management, and on-time delivery of high-impact solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams  (clients, AI engineers, GIS specialists, mobile/web developers, sales, and leadership) to turn ideas into products.
Gather and analyze feedback  from customers, partners, and stakeholders to validate needs and inform product decisions.
Translate technical capabilities  into clear, compelling value propositions for agricultural and insurance users.
Oversee product launches , including go-to-market planning, client training, and adoption support.
Monitor product performance and usage metrics , iterating quickly to improve outcomes.
Stay informed on  industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies  to ensure SGA remains ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in  Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field .
5+ years of product management experience , ideally in SaaS, AI/ML, AgTech, or enterprise software.
Proven success  managing full product life cycles  from concept to launch.
Strong technical background or proven ability to collaborate effectively with AI/ML and engineering teams.
Excellent  strategic thinking, prioritization, and organizational skills .
Skilled in  customer discovery, requirements gathering, and translating needs into product features .

Experience with  AgTech, geospatial systems, or AI-driven products  is a strong asset.
Exceptional  communication and leadership skills ; comfortable working with executives, engineers, and external partners.
Ability to thrive in a  fast-paced startup environment , balancing long-term vision with rapid execution.
