We’re looking for a Service Now Senior Consultant who is experienced at working with a wide range of client stakeholders in software application development space. This confident and articulate communicator is comfortable in front of external and internal stakeholders, operating as a trusted adviser able to lend guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities   The Senior Consultant is the functional and technical expert.
Work on Service Now-based projects which includes designs, code reviews, best practices, solution advice etc.
Design and implement complex solutions to meet customer requirements.
Configure and implement custom applications/modules.
Participate in workshops with customers to assess current processes and establish future-state processes.
Provide oversight and unit testing of code developed by partner or customer employees.
Advise customers on how to take advantage of the Service Now Platform capabilities to improve their business processes.
Guide customers in completing required documentation such as business requirement workbooks for technical aspects of the solution.
Maintain skills/certifications on CSM (Customer Service Management) and/or FSM (Field Services Management) and/or Industry product offerings such as Telecommunications, Financial Services, Health Care and Life Sciences
Align closely with peers to ensure delivery on time, on budget, on scope.
Support teams working in other domains to satisfy integration needs.

Skills And Attributes For Success   Strong written and verbal client-facing communication and presentation skills; should be comfortable interacting with clients.
The ability to effectively team with diverse skills and backgrounds and foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
Experience in preparing and delivering oral presentations.
An interest in staying abreast of business and industry trends as it relates to Service Now.
A forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on and adapts quickly to new challenges.
A strong work ethic, an ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease, and a high degree of professionalism to tackle evolving, challenging and diverse client needs.
Strong knowledge of the overall Service Now roadmap and experience with assisting clients to understand the myriad of options available to them.

To qualify for the role you must have   Minimum 4-8 years of experience in software development.
Minimum of 1-3 years of Service Now implementation experience in complex environments.
Minimum of 4+ years of technology experience, including development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale systems.
Proficient in all phases of the Application Development lifecycle with experience in an agile environment.
Ability to travel up to 50% OR Ability to work outside of local time zone
Industry domain expertise in any of:
Telecommunications, Banking/Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Government, Field Services, Procurement, etc.
Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
Experience working collaboratively
