Transform people analytics in a vibrant, remote setting as a People Analyst. This role focuses on building strong data foundations while enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
In this significant position, you will bring 5+ years of HR analytics experience coupled with Workday configuration skills to further develop analytical processes. You'll build comprehensive dashboards, support day-to-day operations, and ensure data quality while driving strategic initiatives that impact recruitment and organizational health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage people analytics dashboards
• Collaborate with stakeholders for effective reporting
• Perform compliance and urgent business analyses
• Support Workday configurations and technical issues
• Spearhead employee engagement survey projects
Requirements:
• 5+ years of HR analytics experience, including Workday
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel; knowledge of Looker preferred
• Strong data storytelling and management capabilities
• Experience in conducting and analyzing surveys
• Effective multitasking in a fast-paced environment
