Training and Support Specialist at SIIT

In this pivotal role, you will manage technology training initiatives and offer technical support services to enhance user proficiency among stakeholders. Your collaboration with SIIT's IT department and other teams will ensure the seamless integration of technology into daily operations, directly impacting educational outcomes and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead workshops and training sessions tailored to user needs
• Provide technical support for software and hardware issues
• Create and maintain online training resources
• Collaborate on technology solutions for SITAG needs
• Document training sessions and support requests accurately
Requirements:
• Two-plus years of experience in technology training
• Strong knowledge of software applications and technical support
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with database management is preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license for travel
