This role demands a motivated individual with 3-5 years of IT system support experience, preferably in a law firm setting. You will work with Windows operating systems, cybersecurity, and both cloud and on-premises technologies. Your goal is to provide exceptional service to lawyers and staff while managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues
• Provide responsive white-glove service via various channels
• Install and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• Support day-to-day IT operations and account management
• Collaborate on IT projects and system upgrades
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years IT system support experience
• Strong knowledge of networking and cybersecurity principles
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• IT certifications from Microsoft or CompTIA are desirable
