Overview
Millenilink is hiring a SailPoint Engineer on behalf of our client. This is a 3-month contract opportunity with the potential for extension. The successful candidate will support and enhance the client’s identity governance setting, combining day-to-day production support with engineering responsibilities across SailPoint Identity
IQ, application integrations, and operational delivery.
- Engineering SailPoint IIQ specifically setting up environments, integrating with critical applications and application onboarding.
- Support the day-to-day operation of the SailPoint Identity
IQ production setting. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Manage and support SailPoint Identity
IQ 8.4, including patch-level maintenance and operational stability. - Work with Jira to track incidents, operational issues, and sprint-based delivery tasks.
- Support application integrations and connectors, including JDBC-based active connectors, web services, SAP, and Entra-connected target applications with write-back capability.
- Maintain and support identity-related data sources, including external active databases.
- Assist with code deployment and workplace support across multiple servers, including task servers and UI servers.
- Use Git for code check-in and support deployments across the server environment.
- Collaborate with outsourced resources and cross-functional teams to support delivery and ongoing operations.
- Contribute to identity governance and access management initiatives as part of a broader program delivery model.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity
IQ in a production support or engineering role. - Experience supporting SailPoint Identity
IQ 8.x environments. - Knowledge of identity governance, provisioning, access management, and lifecycle processes.
- Experience with connector technologies such as JDBC, web services, SAP, and Entra integrations.
- Familiarity with incident tracking and agile delivery practices using Jira.
- Experience using Git and supporting deployments across multiple environments or servers.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve access and authentication issues in a production setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with internal and outsourced teams.
