This position requires a hands-on expert in SailPoint Identity
IQ with a focus on both operational support and engineering responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Engineer SailPoint Identity
IQ environments and onboarding
• Support production operations and troubleshoot issues
• Manage SailPoint Identity
IQ 8.4 for stability
• Track incidents and operational tasks using Jira
• Maintain identity-related data sources and external databases
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity IQ
• Knowledge of access management and lifecycle processes
• Familiarity with connector technologies like JDBC and SAP
• Experience in agile practices using Jira
• Strong troubleshooting skills in production environments
