We are seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of defined projects from initiation through closeout. You will own day‑to‑day execution for one or more projects, translating goals into clear scope, milestones, and success criteria, and ensuring teams deliver on‑time and on‑scope.
You will work with team leads and stakeholders (often across functions) to coordinate schedules and resources, manage dependencies, and keep work unblocked within a defined workstream. You will elevate risks, scope changes, and resourcing conflicts early—partnering with Senior Project Managers and Program Managers when decisions require broader trade‑offs.
This role requires clear, consistent communication and documentation: you will produce concise status reporting, maintain project artifacts (e.g., charter, RAID, decision log, schedules), and follow PMO standards for traceability and change control. You will use modern project tooling (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Excel) and may leverage AI‑assisted workflows (e.g., meeting note summaries, first‑draft status narratives) where appropriate—validating outputs and respecting confidentiality and IP sensitivity.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–6+ years of experience managing projects in a cross‑functional environment (R&D, engineering, operations, or product preferred).
- Working knowledge of project management fundamentals (scope, schedule, cost, risk, change control) and common artifacts (RAID, RACI, project charter).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to drive alignment and influence without authority.
- Comfort working with project tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Excel) and building simple dashboards/status reports.
- PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum training is an asset.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
