Argano is seeking an Xactly Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of Xactly Incent and Analytics. You will ensure precise compensation tracking and insightful reporting for performance metrics. The role requires a solid understanding of SPM frameworks and advanced reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support end-to-end Xactly Incent implementation and configuration
• Customize compensation rules based on business needs
• Develop comprehensive performance dashboards using Xactly Analytics
• Conduct UAT to verify system functionality
• Handle integration of various data sources into Xactly solutions
Requirements:
• 3+ years in a relevant software development role
• 1-2 years implementing Xactly Incent and Analytics
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with major databases like SQL Server or Oracle
