Information Technology Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a Technical Analyst to join a leading agriculture company.
This is starting as a 12 month contract, hybrid in Saskatoon. The Technical Analyst will provide hands-on technical leadership for the implementation and sustainment of enterprise Commercial Off-The-Shelf applications. The resource will support current COTS implementation and transition into ongoing sustainment and portfolio ownership, including management of an existing suite of low-touch applications. This role requires a hands-on technical resource who can execute system configuration, administration, and troubleshooting activities while also supporting license management, vendor coordination, and operational sustainment across multiple applications.

Required Experience:

* 5+ years of experience in IT, systems analysis, or application delivery

* Hands-on experience with COTS or vendor-led implementations

* Strong experience with:

* System configuration and administration

* Supporting multiple systems in a portfolio-based model

* Experience with software license management or vendor coordination

* Experience working across infrastructure, application, and security teams

* Experience with user access and identity management

* Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., Service Now)

Assets:

* Experience supporting multiple enterprise applications simultaneously

* Experience with platforms such as SAP, Service Now, Deswik, Mine Sight, or similar
