As a Registration Technician, you'll report to the Registration Manager and be integral to the Registry Department. Your key responsibilities will include processing citizenship applications, verifying status, and preparing documentation using Adobe software. Additionally, you'll ensure data integrity and provide exceptional service to clients while adhering to established policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce and verify citizenship cards and application statuses
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity
• Review applications for compliance with policies
• Prepare photos and signatures for production
• Issue citizenship numbers and manage client records
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Office Administration or related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ office experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe software
• Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license and clean criminal record check
