Our financial services client is seeking a Senior SAP CRM & Account Origination Techno-Functional Analyst to design and optimize CRM workflows using SAP CRM and AO modules in the banking domain
This role leads CRM configuration, integration, and technical delivery across sales, service, and account origination processes in the financial sector.
Must Haves
10+ years of experience with SAP CRM functional configuration and One Order FrameworkHands-on expertise with Account Origination (AO) workflows and financial domain processesStrong proficiency integrating SAP CRM with Salesforce or similar platformsExperience conducting SIT/UAT testing and documenting technical and functional designsProven delivery of CRM solutions in banking or lending environmentsNice to Have
Knowledge of HELOC, mortgage, and retail lending operationsExperience with SAP HANA data models or S/4
HANA migrationExposure to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)Understanding of credit eligibility and disbursement workflowsFinancial services implementation experienceResponsibilities
Lead SAP CRM module implementation and customization across Sales, Service, and MarketingConfigure Account Origination workflows including account setup and credit process automationCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutionsDevelop and validate system integration between SAP CRM and external applicationsPrepare detailed functional and technical documentation for design, testing, and deploymentSupport SIT/UAT execution and resolve configuration and code-level issuesProvide post-implementation support and continuous process optimization
