In this position, you will be responsible for IMAC activities, performing installation and deployment related to PCs, laptops, and other devices. Your strong internetworking and troubleshooting skills will be vital in providing 1st level Help Desk support and resolving issues for customers. Communication and exceptional customer service are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform intermediate IMAC activities on various devices
• Troubleshoot deskside hardware and software issues
• Provide 1st level Help Desk support to users
• Conduct basic LAN and internetworking tasks
• Communicate effectively to diagnose customer problems
Requirements:
• 1-2 years field service experience
• A+ certification required
• Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware and software
• Must have IT Diploma from recognized program
• Ability to work independently or in teams
