Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver and setup multimedia equipment on campus
• Offer level 1 and 2 technical support as required
• Track and document all support requests accurately
• Provide guidance to users on AV technology use
• Identify trends in support requests for future improvements
Requirements:
• Technical diploma from an accredited institution
• Minimum of three years in a multimedia support role
• Proficient with various operating systems and AV technologies
• Experience in supporting mobile technology solutions
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
