We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Functional Consultant to spearhead the growth and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Operations solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving pre‑sales, crafting go‑to‑market strategies and building long‑term channel and partner relationships.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the end‑to‑end pre‑sales and functional implementation cycle for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain solutions.
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert (SME) for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain, Finance and Project Operations, demonstrating the value of these solutions in solving business challenges.
  • Provide estimation, costing and proposal management in collaboration with stakeholders, gathering and analyzing client requirements to ensure solution proposals meet their business goals.
  • Partner with pre‑sales consultants and technical teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations and proofs of concept (POCs).
  • Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for Dynamics 365 solutions, including targeted campaigns, positioning, and industry‑specific use cases.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to create thought leadership content, webinars and events to drive market awareness and demand.
  • Identify market trends, competitive landscape and customer pain points to continuously refine GTM strategies.
  • Support building pipeline through events and partnerships.
  • Build and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders, including C‑level executives and decision‑makers during the pursuit process.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing insights on industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure the seamless transition of sold projects.
  • Partner with the broader sales organization, Microsoft teams and channel partners to drive joint success.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members to enhance overall team performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
