Senior Analyst, Procurement & Vendor Management

• Lead and execute complex procurement processes, including negotiation of goods and services agreements, onboarding critical vendors, and managing strategic renewals.
• Oversee vendor data integrity, conduct advanced due diligence, develop comprehensive reporting, coordinate vendor reviews, and ensure compliance with vendor management policies.
• Support business teams in RFPs, RFIs, vendor sourcing activities, proofs of concept, and trials.
• Facilitate vendor tiering assessments, due diligence processes, contract reviews, redlining, and performance tracking.
• Maintain accurate vendor and contract records, track key dates, obligations, and SLAs.
• Assist in annual, quarterly or ad‑hoc business review meetings with vendors.
• Coordinate the purchasing process: create and manage purchase orders, review quotes, and conduct cost analyses.
• Collaborate with finance for invoice processing and accounting inquiries.
• Negotiate terms in Master Service Agreements, EULAs, Statements of Work, and change orders with legal.
• Work with stakeholders to understand project pipelines, product roadmaps, and vendor requirements.

• 4‑6 years of proven experience in procurement or vendor management, including lifecycle management in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong track record of navigating stakeholder landscapes and delivering forward‑looking solutions.
• Experience with third‑party risk management software (e.g., One Trust) for due diligence.
• Comprehensive understanding of vendor risk, compliance, and performance metrics; knowledge of financial services compliance is a plus.
• Proficiency in implementing vendor lifecycle technologies and processes.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Strong interest in AI as an enabling tool.

• Base salary range: $80,000 – $90,000 CDN.
