As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will have a pivotal role for the Jansen Potash Project. Your expertise in data analytics, SQL, and Power BI will drive decision-making processes by creating intuitive dashboards. Your work will focus on enhancing visibility of KPIs and fostering continuous improvement across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop dashboards to visualize KPIs for decision making

• Create and optimize SQL queries for data analysis

• Translate data into actionable insights for performance improvement

• Implement automation opportunities for reporting efficiency

• Maintain BI work spaces ensuring accuracy and governance

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in Business Intelligence or data analytics

• Degree or diploma in analytics, business, or related field

• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL for reporting solutions

• Strong analytical skills and cross-team collaboration

• Understanding of data quality and governance principles
