Northern Strands is seeking a Junior IT Coordinator to provide comprehensive tech support to a diverse team. You will manage technical requests, assist staff with device connectivity, and install software applications. Additionally, you will track office assets and support ongoing technical projects, ensuring a seamless operational flow throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address all technical support requests promptly
• Assist staff with device functionality and connectivity
• Install and configure essential software applications
• Track and manage office assets and upgrades
• Offer technical support for ongoing projects
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent; IT degree preferred
• One year of hands-on technical support experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Valid Driver’s license required
