Location: North Battleford
Be part of Coalition's mission as a Document Support Engineer, ensuring high-quality and compliant insurance documents. This remote role involves enhancing templates and collaborating with diverse teams.
In this role, you will engage with engineers and product managers to create and maintain document templates that meet business needs. You will address debugging tasks, optimize existing templates, and contribute to improving the templating process. This position provides an opportunity for growth in software engineering or project management while honing your technical abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee document template development from inception to testing
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure document alignment
• Triage and ensure timely resolution of document issues
• Develop test plans and validate outputs
• Continuously refine templating standards with Engineers
Requirements:
• Knowledge in at least one programming or scripting language
• Experience with structured data formats like JSON
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Collaborative mindset working with cross-functional teams
• High attention to detail and quality assurance
