As the first dedicated hire in this role, you will be instrumental in establishing a detection engineering program tailored for Monarch’s AI-first strategy. Your responsibilities will include authoring detection workflows and advancing incident response protocols while collaborating with IT for enhanced SaaS security. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive detection program for our security framework

• Maintain and optimize alerting and incident response workflows

• Analyze and respond swiftly to security incidents

• Implement security governance for AI platforms

• Work alongside IT to fortify SaaS and endpoint security

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in security engineering with detection focus

• Deep experience in incident response protocols

• Proven skills in managing enterprise AI security controls

• Familiarity with SaaS security strategies

• Proficient in integrating AI into security processes
