As the Site IT Lead, you'll oversee IT operations at the Eskay Creek mine in Northern British Columbia, reporting to the Director of IT. This pivotal role is focused on ensuring robust IT infrastructure, user support, and adherence to compliance standards. Engage with various stakeholders to implement strategic technology solutions and drive continuous improvement of services in a unique mining setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site-specific IT infrastructure and operations

• Act as the first point of escalation for IT support

• Deliver technical support and resolve user issues

• Monitor and improve performance reporting tools

• Collaborate on the implementation of IT projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant IT field

• 3+ years of experience in IT operations

• Proven skills in user support and troubleshooting

• Strong proficiency in English communication

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License required
