Position: Information Technology Analyst I

As part of one of Saskatchewan's top law firms, you will provide critical IT support in this mid-level position. Ideal candidates will have five or more years of IT Helpdesk experience, especially in a legal context, and a solid background in networking and systems. Flexibility for after-hours work is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support helpdesk operations for more than 100 users

• Handle infrastructure management for two offices

• Administer endpoint management and cloud solutions

• Maintain security protocols and process documentation

• Participate in Change Management tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline

• Minimum 3-5 years in IT Helpdesk settings

•

Certifications:

Cisco CCNA and/or Fortinet NSE

• Proficient across various operating systems

• Understanding of legal sector requirements
