As a full-time Customer Focal, you will report to the Customer Focal Head, supporting various technical and operational requirements to increase customer satisfaction.
Your role will involve combining solid product knowledge and customer insights with business priorities to facilitate effective decision-making and actions. Working closely with internal teams, you will manage customer-focused activities while tracking key performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support aligning with customer needs
• Translate customer requirements into internal plans
• Manage internal requests and escalate issues as needed
• Collaborate on high-priority initiatives to drive satisfaction
• Prepare detailed content for internal meetings
Requirements:
• Foundational understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes
• Knowledge of Applied Materials business processes
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders
• Proficiency in Korean is a plus
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time
