Senior Network Engineer

Position: Senior Network Engineer at Quantifind
Quantifind is seeking a Senior Network Engineer in Palo Alto, California, to enhance the security of our SaaS applications. You will work on high-performance network design and incident response strategies.

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will leverage your expertise to create secure, efficient network topologies for Internet-facing applications. Your responsibilities will include configuring and upgrading critical network devices, conducting security assessments, and improving monitoring systems for incident reporting. Collaborating with engineering teams, you will mentor junior staff while enhancing network performance and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design secure network topologies for SaaS applications

• Configure Dell switches, routers, and PAN firewalls

• Conduct security assessments and incident triage

• Enhance monitoring for better incident reporting

• Mentor junior engineers in best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field

• 8+ years of experience in network engineering

• Strong knowledge of network security systems

• Proficient with Cloud-based WAFs like Cloudflare

• Experience using Ansible for automation
