Illumio is seeking a seasoned Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to drive the reliability and scalability of our cutting-edge cloud systems. The ideal candidate will excel in managing AWS and Azure infrastructures with a passion for automation and cross-team collaboration. This role enables you to actively contribute to security and incident resolution practices while fostering a culture of innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor system performance and application health proactively
• Manage on-call support for production uptime
• Oversee release upgrades and maintenance activities
• Lead incident response efforts with root cause analysis
• Implement cloud security best practices for compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years as a Site Reliability Engineer with AWS/Azure
• Hands-on design and management experience in cloud environments
• Proficiency in Power Shell, Python, or Go
• Knowledge of CI/CD principles and automation tools
