Position: Hands-On IT Operations Engineer Role

This full-time role is focused on enhancing IT operations in a dynamic hardware and engineering environment. You will tackle IT issues, streamline onboarding processes, and bolster network performance and security. An ideal candidate enjoys technical challenges and is proactive in implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and reliability for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage SaaS applications, including provisioning and access control

• Provide support for IT cloud tools like Google Workspace and Okta

• Document and automate IT processes for efficiency

• Oversee hardware lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning

• Manage software and application assets, including license reclamation

Requirements:

• 5+ years in IT Operations or relevant fields

• Proven ownership in improving IT systems and processes

• Strong customer service skills in high-touch environments

• Familiarity with Okta and MDM tools for device management

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
