Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow client relationships within your portfolio

• Serve as a senior technical escalation point for issues

• Diagnose and resolve recurring platform issues proactively

• Strategically lead clients to achieve year-on-year growth

• Develop junior team members through mentoring and coaching

Requirements:

• Advanced product knowledge of DV360, CM360, SA360, GA4, GTM

• Proven experience in managing or mentoring teams

• Strong commercial awareness and delivery focus

• Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure

• Effective communication with technical and client audiences
