Operations and Health Delivery Lead

As the Delivery Lead, you will manage significant technology initiatives, ensuring that they align with business goals and are delivered on time and within budget. In addition to overseeing delivery, you will be responsible for cultivating the Business Analysis capability, setting standards and fostering alignment across all initiatives. This dual focus will ensure high-quality project execution and business engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery outcomes for Operations and Health projects

• Act as the technology counterpart for business sponsors

• Lead ideation and business case development processes

• Oversee project execution to manage risks and dependencies

• Build strong delivery teams through coaching and recruitment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 10+ years’ experience in technology delivery

• Expertise in Operations and Health technology

• Experience leading cross-functional teams

• Solid understanding of agile methodologies
