DistillerSR is seeking a dynamic VP, Solution Delivery to expand services for SaaS platform customers in the life sciences sector. This role requires steering P&L responsibilities and cultivating leadership within implementation, support, training, and integration teams. Collaborate across departments to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction through innovative solutions and achieve growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own P&L for all Solution Delivery offerings
• Manage fixed-fee and time-and-materials engagements
• Define KPIs for effective solution delivery
• Lead and develop a diverse delivery team
• Act as a strategic partner to sales in enterprise deals
Requirements:
• 10 years in services/delivery leadership
• Experience in regulated life sciences services
• Educational background in Business or Life Sciences
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Proven ability to support global marketing strategies
