As Manager of Customer Support, you will guide a team dedicated to assisting clinicians and resolving critical support issues with technical expertise. This is a player-coach role where you will set high expectations for service quality, instill confidence in your team, and directly support complex customer inquiries when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a team of Technical Customer Support specialists
• Establish effective support processes and best practices
• Monitor team performance metrics to enhance customer satisfaction
• Steer resolution of escalated technical support challenges
• Work closely with product and engineering teams for better solutions
Requirements:
• 5+ years in customer support with at least 2 in management
• Proven track record building team culture and performance
• Familiarity with support workflows and ticketing systems
• Strong technical troubleshooting and bug reporting skills
• Communication proficiency across diverse audiences
