CLSI is seeking a Systems Technology Infrastructure Lead to oversee and enhance the infrastructure that powers its national research facility. With a concentration on hardware, systems administration, and application monitoring, you will support teams and users with diverse technical needs. This role requires extensive experience in managing mixed environments and enterprise-level data systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead infrastructure design, deployment, and support operations

• Benchmark and analyze infrastructure performance for improvements

• Develop security policies and procedures for network systems

• Oversee network monitoring and intrusion detection systems

• Advise on emerging technologies like AI and automation

Requirements:

• Relevant degree or diploma in IT

• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role

• At least 5 years in IT infrastructure administration

• Strong understanding of network security and systems

• Proven ability to lead complex infrastructure projects
