The Role
It's a true dual role: half of your time is spent designing and improving our website, and the other half driving traffic and conversions through SEO, SEM, and emerging AI-search (GEO). We're looking for someone equally comfortable shaping a clean, on-brand page layout and building a Google Ads campaign to send traffic to it.
Job Duties ： 工作职责Web Design & Website Management- Design, build, and maintain the company website in Word Press and Elementor — page layouts, content, menus, and plugins (back-end/admin level, no coding required)
- Improve website structure, content, and UI/UX to support both user experience and search performance
- Keep the site clean, on-brand, and up to date; fix common issues such as broken links and formatting
- Design landing pages and web assets that support marketing campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize SEO campaigns (on-page, off-page, keyword research, technical basics)
- Manage paid search (SEM) across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including budgets and reporting
- Optimize content and structure for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) — improving visibility in AI-driven search (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)
- Track and report on performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console
- 1-3 years of combined experience in web design and digital marketing
- Hands‑on experience designing and managing websites in Word Press and Elementor (back-end/admin level — no coding required)
- A strong eye for UI/UX, layout, and clean, user-friendly, on-brand design
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and Google Ads campaign management
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Semrush or Ahrefs
- Awareness of GEO / AI-search trends and how they're changing discovery
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage design and marketing priorities independently
