As CTO and co-founder, you will take charge of technology direction, writing production code and ensuring the reliability of Ava, our AI Front Desk.

Your role is pivotal in converting pilot opportunities into strong client partnerships while leading the engineering team to implement robust AI solutions. Your expertise in legal tech and AI systems will enhance firm interactions and facilitate seamless service.

Requirements:

• Proven track record with LLM and voice systems
