Drive Agile delivery success as an Experienced Scrum Master with Thomson Reuters, working in a flexible hybrid model.
Your role is critical in fostering Agile practices and team effectiveness.
In your position as Scrum Master, you'll need 6+ years of work experience, including 3 years in a Scrum Master capacity overseeing multiple Agile teams. You will lead Scrum ceremonies, coach teams in Agile methodologies, and ensure a consistent approach to delivery governance. Your expertise will be vital in removing impediments and achieving both sprint and release goals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies like Sprint Planning and Retrospectives
• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum practices effectively
• Manage tracking for deliverables and program milestones
• Provide regular updates on risks and dependencies
• Ensure compliance with Agile processes and documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years overall experience with 3 years as Scrum Master
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Proven experience with Azure Dev Ops tools
• CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PSM certification required
• Knowledge of AI-assisted productivity tools preferred
