Our company is looking for a Technical Integration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, organized, and technically proficient self-starter who can lead integration initiatives from discovery through successful production rollout.
This role serves as the primary technical point of contact for integration projects, working closely with clients, technology partners, and internal engineering teams to ensure successful implementations. Integrations include both Tire Connect integrating with third-party platforms and external systems integrating with the Tire Connect platform.
This is an exciting role that requires strong technical knowledge of APIs and cloud-based integrations with excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsabilités
Own integration projects from initial discovery through successful production rollout from a technical perspective.
Analyze partner requirements and recommend the most appropriate integration approach based on business and technical needs.
Collaborate with internal engineering, product, QA, and support teams, as well as external technology partners.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the integration lifecycle.
Coordinate and lead technical meetings, track project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.
Review API documentation and assist partners with technical onboarding and implementation planning.
Validate integration requirements, data mappings, business rules, and end-to-end workflows.
Troubleshoot integration issues by analyzing API requests, responses, logs, and system behavior, coordinating resolutions with internal and external teams.
Coordinate integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployments.
Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, testing procedures, and integration specifications.
Plan and execute integration updates, enhancements, API version upgrades, and customer migration activities.
Monitor integration health and proactively identify opportunities to improve reliability, performance, and scalability.
Continuously improve integration processes, standards, documentation, and best practices.
Assist with prioritization, planning, and resource coordination for ongoing integration initiatives.
