Pigment is hiring a Technical Escalation Engineer in Canada to join the Engineering team. You will act as the safe keeper of the Pigment platform, coordinating between Support and Engineering to prevent issues in production and ensure swift resolution of incidents.
You will have the opportunity to propose improvements to practices, improve customer satisfaction, and scale Pigment’s operations with a strong emphasis on ownership and hands-on problem solving.
