In this permanent position, you will lead the design and support of a comprehensive infrastructure portfolio. You will analyze performance, develop security policies, and oversee multiple projects, ensuring your team's success while aligning with best practices in IT. This role requires a strong focus on leadership, security, and the integration of emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the monitoring and support of IT infrastructure
• Benchmark and suggest improvements to infrastructure
• Conduct investigations and audits for security
• Maintain IT asset management and procurement processes
• Mentor team members for growth and performance
Requirements:
• Relevant undergraduate degree or diploma
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role
• 5+ years as an IT Infrastructure administrator
• Strong understanding of network architecture
• Experience in ITIL or related certifications is preferred
