Become a pivotal Data Analyst at SIGA, focused on enhancing CRM effectiveness and supporting data-driven strategies. Collaborate with various departments to ensure synergy in customer interactions.
SIGA is looking for a qualified Data Analyst to manage and optimize its CRM systems. With a background in Statistics or Data Science, you will analyze gaming and food service data to identify actionable insights. Work alongside IT to ensure reliable data availability, supporting multiple business lines and contributing to SIGA’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify trends in gaming and food & beverage data
• Manage diverse projects with cross-functional collaboration
• Define and maintain data requirements and integrity
• Support business units with analytical reporting
• Work with IT for continuous data provisioning
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Over 3 years’ experience with statistical software
• Advanced SQL skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
• Ability to build informative dashboards from extensive data
