Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator and QA Analyst to coordinate projects and perform quality assurance across AI, machine learning, robotics, and emerging technology initiatives
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with emerging technologies and wants to support the delivery of innovative AI, machine learning, and robotics solutions without being a software developer.
This hybrid role combines project coordination, manual testing, stakeholder support, and documentation to help transition innovative proof-of-concept solutions into operational products.
1 year Contract, Saskatoon, Onsite
Must Haves
2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, QA Analyst, Project Support Analyst, technical support analyst or similar roleExperience coordinating software development or technology projects using Jira or similar project/
bug tracking toolsExperience executing manual testing
, regression testing,
UAT, and documenting defectsExperience with Confluence, SharePoint, or similar documentation and knowledge management platformsUnderstanding of Agile software development and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)Nice to Have
Experience supporting AI, Machine Learning, Robotics, or R&D initiativesExperience with test automation toolsFamiliarity with scripting languages such as Pythonexperience supporting proof-of-concept (POC) or product sustainment activitiesResponsibilities
Maintain project schedules, task lists, and issue trackersSchedule meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute action itemsGenerate and distribute regular project status reportsDevelop and execute test plans and testing documentationLog, prioritize, and verify bugs within tracking systemsCoordinate and maintain project and testing documentation repositoriesCommunicate testing results and updates to developers and stakeholders
