Our client is looking for an SAP MM Purchasing Functional Consultant to provides SAP implementation services and acts as a lead consultant on SAP projects and initiatives to support business operations in achieving the company's organizational objectives.

1 year contract, very likely will renew. 37.5 hrs a week
Location:
1 day a week in Burnaby, BC, Also open to Remote candidates from another province
MUST Have:
A minimum seven years and four full lifecycles of consulting experience in SAP Purchasing ModuleRecent experience as a P
urchasing Functional Consultan
t.Recent experience with S/4 HANAExperience and/or Knowledge of SAP cloud solutions and emerging technologies, including SAP Build Work Zone (BWZ), SAP Build Process Automation, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Embedded Apps, Joule and AI-enabled business applications.Must have excellent verbal and written skills as they will be conducting regular requirements gathering session with end users.SAP relevant certificate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or Business Administration.Nice to Have:
Ariba functional knowledgeKnowledge of MDG, EWM and QM modulesUnderstanding of SAP BW reporting, SAP SAC reporting in MMResponsibilities:
Lead a full cycle SAP implementation as solution architect/integration lead/expert consultants from project preparation through to cutover and go-live support while adhering to project methodology, standards, processes, and the company's policies.Manage and execute project deliverables/activities of approved enterprise wide projects so that they are completed safely, with quality, within budget, and on time.Implement SAP solution and its integrations with other systems to successfully meet business/technology requirements.Lead business requirements analysis, project planning, solution design, fit-gap analysis, detailed functional design, and system configuration to meet the company requirements by following the the company standards/guidelines and industry leading practices.Document solutions per project requirements including functional/technical design/specification and other relevant supporting documentation to deliver the end solutions while collaborating with various resources and stakeholders to deliver various project deliverables.Provide professional guidance, advice, assistance, expertise, and knowledge transfers to relevant stakeholders as per project requirements.
