We are seeking an experienced SAP P2P Lead Consultant for an immediate contract opportunity. The consultant will lead Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities within an SAP environment, working closely with business stakeholders to support procurement, inventory, vendor management, and invoice processing functions.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on SAP MM and procurement expertise, combined with experience in distribution or wholesale distribution environments.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 weeks initially, with potential extension
Work Mode : % remote
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) functional activities and support business operationsWork closely with procurement, supply chain, warehouse, and finance stakeholdersConfigure and support SAP MM processes including purchasing, inventory management, and invoice verificationManage procurement workflows including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and vendor invoicingSupport vendor management and procurement optimization initiativesAssist with MRP planning and inventory replenishment processesConfigure and support serial number management and subcontracting processesSupport warranty-related business processes within SAPTroubleshoot functional issues and provide production supportConduct workshops, testing, defect resolution, and user supportCollaborate with cross-functional SAP teams including Finance and Supply ChainMust Haves
Strong experience as an SAP P2P / SAP MM ConsultantExpertise in:SAP MMProcurement & PurchasingInvoice VerificationVendor ManagementMRP (Material Requirements Planning)Serial Number ManagementSubcontractingWarranty ProcessesExperience supporting end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processesStrong understanding of SAP integration with Finance/AP functionsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience with SAP S/4
HANA environments is considered an assetNice to Have
Industry experience in Distribution or Wholesale Distribution strongly preferredFrench is considered an asset
