Become a pivotal part of GFL in Saskatoon as a Learning Systems Administrator. This hybrid role merges technical LMS management with the creative development of dynamic training content.
You will be responsible for overseeing the ES Learning Hub, ensuring operational excellence, and crafting impactful learning materials. Your work will directly influence the accessibility and effectiveness of educational programs across GFL, promoting a strong learning culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the management of the ES Learning Hub area
• Facilitate user provisioning and troubleshoot access challenges
• Support compliance through regular audits and reporting
• Create engaging e-learning and resource materials
• Work with experts to develop relevant educational content
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience with LMS, especially Docebo
• Familiar with tools like Articulate Storyline and Vyond
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and processes
• Strong analytical background for data integrity
• Excellent collaborative communication skills across business units
