Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop IT Technicians at all levels

• Coordinate daily IT operations and service requests

• Stay hands-on while effective delegation

• Provide strong customer service and clear communication

• Act as escalation point for major technical issues

Requirements:

• 5+ years in IT, technical support, or systems administration

• Leadership and mentoring experience required

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and networks

• Proven troubleshooting skills for complex issues

• Valid driver’s license for travel between locations
