As a Senior TAM (L6) at Affim, you will manage technical accounts, ensuring integrations stay healthy and issues are resolved swiftly. Your responsibilities will include alerting, monitoring, and troubleshooting, along with performing investigations and supporting technical initiatives for merchant business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own operational management of strategic alliances portfolio
• Deliver against SLAs, addressing technical risks proactively
• Conduct in-depth investigations and root-cause analysis
• Drive technical initiatives with internal and merchant stakeholders
• Design high-scope, custom integration solutions
Requirements:
• 6+ years in a technical, external-facing role
• Proficient in RESTful APIs and technical inquiries
• Strong project management skills and autonomy
• Coding fluency in HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and Python
• Ability to troubleshoot using advanced tools
