Key Responsibilities:- Define learning strategies with clients and design scalable LMS solutions
- Lead Learning configuration, deployment, and optimization
- Manage requirements, solution design, testing, and deployment
- Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and stakeholder presentations
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute practice-development content
- Six-plus years implementing SAP Success Factors
- Deep expertise in Learning Management Systems
- SAP Success Factors Learning certification
- Consulting experience delivering complex client projects
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
